An acrylic display rack is a transparent or colored plastic stand, holder, or shelving unit fabricated from acrylic (PMMA) sheet, used to present products, brochures, menus, and information materials in retail, hospitality, exhibition, and office environments. Unlike metal or wood display racks, acrylic display racks offer high visual clarity, a clean modern appearance, and the ability to showcase products without the rack itself competing for visual attention.
ONE Plastic offers custom acrylic display rack fabrication as part of our machining and fabrication service. We manufacture the acrylic sheet material in-house and operate a dedicated plastic fabrication workshop that can CNC-cut, bend, bond, polish, and assemble acrylic display racks to your design specifications.
This is a B2B fabrication service - we supply finished acrylic display racks in bulk to retailers, brands, distributors, display companies, and promotional agencies who need custom-designed display solutions manufactured to their specifications.
Material: Acrylic (PMMA) sheet
Fabrication: CNC cutting, heat bending, solvent bonding, polishing, printing
Common Types: Brochure holders, countertop product displays, tiered shelf racks, menu stands, sign holders, POS displays
Colors: Clear (most common), White, Black, Colored, Frosted
Customization: Custom size, shape, color, thickness, logo printing, and packaging
Alternative Material: PETG sheet available for applications requiring higher impact resistance
We produce a range of acrylic display rack formats, all custom-manufactured to buyer specifications.
Multi-pocket acrylic racks designed to hold brochures, leaflets, and flyers in offices, reception areas, hotels, hospitals, and exhibition stands. Available in single-pocket, multi-tier, and wall-mounted configurations. Clear acrylic allows visitors to see the front cover of each brochure without removing it from the rack.
Small to medium acrylic racks and stands for displaying products on retail counters, checkout areas, and service desks. Common applications include cosmetics, jewelry, sunglasses, mobile phone accessories, e-cigarettes, snacks, and promotional items. These racks are designed to maximize product visibility in limited counter space.
Multi-level acrylic shelving units used to display products at different heights, creating an eye-catching stepped or staircase presentation. Used in retail stores, pharmacies, trade shows, and showrooms for small product displays.
Table-top acrylic stands that hold menus, price lists, event programs, or promotional cards. Common in restaurants, cafes, hotels, and conference rooms. Available in A4, A5, and custom sizes, with single-sided or double-sided display options.
Larger acrylic display units designed for point-of-sale, end-cap, and in-aisle retail positioning. These are typically brand-specific displays custom-designed for a particular product line or promotional campaign.
Visual Clarity: Clear acrylic is transparent and glass-like, allowing the displayed product or material to be the visual focus. The display rack itself becomes nearly invisible, which is the primary reason brands choose acrylic over opaque materials.
Lightweight: Acrylic is substantially lighter than glass, making it easy to ship, handle, reposition, and install in retail and exhibition environments.
Durable: Acrylic is more impact resistant than glass and does not shatter. It withstands normal handling, repositioning, and cleaning in commercial environments without cracking.
Easy to Fabricate into Custom Shapes: Acrylic sheet can be CNC-cut, heat-bent, solvent-bonded, polished, and printed using standard plastic fabrication processes. This allows for a wide range of custom rack designs without the tooling costs of injection molding.
Printable and Brandable: Acrylic racks can be screen-printed, UV-printed, vinyl-applied, or laser-engraved with brand logos, product names, and promotional messages.
Available in Multiple Colors and Finishes: Beyond clear, acrylic is available in white, black, colored, frosted, and tinted options to match brand aesthetics.
Note: For display racks installed in high-traffic environments where impact resistance is a priority, we can also fabricate using PETG sheet as an alternative material. PETG offers higher impact resistance than standard acrylic, though acrylic remains the preferred choice for most display applications due to its superior optical clarity and scratch resistance.

ONE Plastic handles the full fabrication process in-house - from raw material to finished display rack.
Step 1 - Design Confirmation: You provide your design (drawing, 3D file, sample, or reference photo). Our team reviews the design for manufacturability and confirms material, thickness, and finishing details.
Step 2 - Material Selection and Cutting: We select the appropriate acrylic sheet from our in-house production. Sheets are CNC-cut or laser-cut to the required component shapes with precise dimensional accuracy.
Step 3 - Bending and Forming: Flat-cut components are heat-bent to the required angles using strip heaters.
Step 4 - Bonding and Assembly: Components are solvent-bonded or adhesive-bonded to form the finished rack structure. Joints are inspected for alignment and bond strength.
Step 5 - Finishing: Edges are flame-polished or mechanically polished for a smooth, professional appearance. Logos and graphics are applied via screen printing, UV printing, or laser engraving as required.
Step 6 - Quality Inspection and Packing: Finished racks are inspected for dimensional accuracy, surface quality, and bond integrity. Each unit is individually packed for safe transit.
In-House Material and Fabrication: Unlike display rack traders who buy sheet and outsource fabrication, ONE Plastic manufactures acrylic sheet material and operates a dedicated fabrication workshop in the same facility. This gives us direct control over material quality, lead time, and cost.
Custom Design Service: We fabricate to your design - whether you provide a detailed CAD drawing, a hand sketch, a reference photo, or a sample. Our fabrication team can also advise on design optimization for manufacturability and cost reduction.
ISO 9001 Certified: Our quality system covers both the sheet production and fabrication stages, ensuring consistent output from material to finished product.
Bulk Order Capability: We serve brands, retailers, and display companies who need hundreds or thousands of identical display racks produced consistently. Our CNC-based fabrication ensures dimensional repeatability across large production runs.
Factory-Direct Pricing: As a material manufacturer with in-house fabrication, we eliminate the intermediary markup that typically exists between sheet suppliers, fabricators, and display rack traders.

MOQ depends on the design complexity and production setup required. For simple brochure holders and countertop stands, MOQ is typically lower. For more complex custom designs, higher quantities help spread the setup cost. Contact our team with your design for a specific MOQ and pricing quote.
Yes. We accept CAD drawings, 3D files, hand sketches, reference photos, and physical samples. Our fabrication team can also help refine your design for manufacturability if needed.
We fabricate display racks from both acrylic (PMMA) and PETG sheet. Acrylic is the most common choice for display applications due to its optical clarity and scratch resistance. PETG is recommended when higher impact resistance is needed - for example, in high-traffic retail environments where the rack may be bumped or knocked. Both materials are produced in-house.
Yes. We offer screen printing, UV printing, vinyl application, and laser engraving for logo and branding applications. Provide your logo file and placement requirements with your order.
Each unit is individually wrapped in PE film and bubble wrap, then packed in an export-grade carton with foam inserts to prevent damage during transit. Custom retail-ready packaging is also available for brands that ship directly to end locations.
Most acrylic display racks use 2mm-5mm sheet for standard designs. Larger or load-bearing racks may use 6mm-10mm for structural elements. The optimal thickness depends on the rack size, design, and the weight of products it will hold. Our team can recommend the appropriate thickness based on your design.
