    A First, the PET resin is dried to remove moisture and impurities from the resin. Third, the cast film is longitudinally stretched at high temperature to orient the molecular chains along the mechanical direction. Fourth, the longitudinally stretched film is transversely stretched at high temperature to orient the molecular chains in the cross-sectional direction, thereby obtaining biaxially oriented properties. Fifth, the biaxially oriented film is thermally cured to stabilize the structure and give it final performance. Finally, the film is rolled up and slit into various specifications as needed.
