ONE PLASTIC supplies PET film rolls for blister packaging projects that use vacuum forming. This product suits buyers who need rollstock with defined thickness and width ranges, dimensional tolerances, a 76 mm core, color options, protective film, and batch documentation. It is sold by weight and supplied only in rolls. PET is the standard public material description; any specified grade, recycled content, or layer structure is handled as a separate project detail. Buyers comparing broader roll formats and uses can review our broader PET rollstock options.

Thickness and width must be selected together. At the shared 0.20 mm boundary, the available width is established for the individual order. Roll length, maximum outside diameter, core material, and winding orientation are not fixed public specifications, so they should be stated when they matter to the project. For protective film, specify which side needs coverage.
The material is supplied for vacuum-formed blister work. Before production, suitability should be evaluated with the buyer's equipment, mold, target part, and process conditions. A representative sample or machine trial can be used for this step. Other forming methods, high-speed operation, a universal forming temperature, and deep-draw capability are not standard claims for this product.
A Certificate of Analysis can be provided for a batch or order. The applicable inspection items and acceptance criteria are established with the product specification; results from one batch are not presented as fixed values for the entire range.
Each roll is packed with stretch film and kraft paper, then placed on a plywood export pallet. Pallet quantity, pallet weight, and any additional protection depend on the shipment arrangement.
The minimum order quantity is 500 kg. Estimated production lead time is 7–15 days, depending on the specification, quantity, and current production schedule. The final date is set for the actual order.
Samples are free of charge, while transportation is normally paid by the customer. Sample freight is refunded after a bulk order is placed. Sample size, dispatch time, freight amount, and refund method are arranged individually.
