ONE PLASTIC supplies 5mm clear PETG sheet as a solid, flat product for projects that require a defined metric thickness, sheet dimensions, surface, and fabrication route. Standard sheets and custom dimensions are available. Buyers comparing other thicknesses or general material choices can review our PETG sheet options. Clear is the primary color, with custom colors available. Buyers can select a gloss or matte surface, single-sided or double-sided protective film, and confirmed fabrication services before the order is reviewed.

The dimensional fields should be reviewed together. A nominal thickness alone does not define the finished part, while length, width, tolerance, surface, and film configuration can affect whether the supplied sheet matches the drawing and handling plan.
A 3/16-inch sheet converts to 4.7625 mm, so it is not automatically the same nominal specification as a 5mm sheet. ONE PLASTIC supplies this product at a nominal 5 mm with the confirmed thickness tolerance shown above. For an inch-based drawing, keep the drawing's intended nominal thickness explicit instead of replacing it with the nearest metric description.
Confirmed services for this product are cutting, CNC milling, and heat bending. A 5mm PETG sheet cut to size should be reviewed against the finished length, width, quantity, and required tolerances. CNC or heat-bent parts also need a dimensioned drawing that identifies the finished geometry, bend position, bend angle, and other order-specific requirements.
These services do not mean that every geometry or tolerance is accepted automatically. Feasibility is reviewed for each drawing. Processes not listed on this page require separate confirmation and are not included by assumption.
Single-sided or double-sided protective film can be specified for the 5mm sheet. The required side configuration should be included in the order information so it can be aligned with the selected gloss or matte surface.
Confirmed flat-sheet packing uses PE film as the inner packing and kraft paper as the outer packing. Sheets are secured on a plywood export pallet with corner protection. The approximate loading reference is about one tonne per pallet. No unconfirmed board-interleaf method is included in this specification.
These points allow a buyer to determine whether the order scale, planning window, and documentation path are suitable before detailed technical review.
Order information should include:
Complete inputs allow dimensions, fabrication scope, documentation, packing, and the final delivery date to be reviewed against the same order specification.
Include the required tolerances in the drawing for technical review. The published values should not be treated as automatic approval of a tighter requirement.
No. The confirmed scope is cutting, CNC milling, and heat bending. Any additional process needs separate confirmation for the specific order.
A product-level TDS can be provided. Identify the required document scope and buyer-defined acceptance criteria in the order information so they can be reviewed without adding unverified data to the product specification.
