Product Description

ONE PLASTIC cuts PETG sheet to your dimensions and drawings by die cutting, laser cutting or CNC routing, for equipment builders, display fabricators and converters placing bulk and repeat orders. Thickness 0.15–6.0 mm, parts up to 1220 × 2440 mm, common gauges from 100 pieces, 7–15 day lead time. Send a DWG, AI, SVG or vector PDF and we quote from the actual nesting.

We select the method by gauge, outline and quantity and state it on the quotation; you can specify a method if your application requires it. Irregular shapes, holes and corner radii are all cut from your drawing. Protective film stays on both sides through cutting, so parts arrive scratch-free. Edges are supplied as cut; PETG is not flame-polished, so parts that need a polished edge should be specified at the quotation stage.

Material

Parts are cut from ONE PLASTIC's own PETG sheet range: clear as standard, with white, black and custom colors available. Material specifications, TDS and batch COA are on the PETG Sheet page and supplied on request. Because the sheet and the cutting come from one supplier, the material specification and the part dimensions are controlled under one order.

How to Order

1. Send a drawing (DWG, AI, SVG or vector PDF) or a size list with quantities per size, plus the gauge and color.

2. We nest the parts on the sheet, calculate material yield and send a quotation. Where a small change in dimensions improves yield, we say so.

3. Approve a sample piece cut from your drawing.

4. Production. Every piece is checked for dimensions and surface before packing, and an inspection report ships with the order.

5. Delivery 7–15 days after order confirmation.

MOQ, Pricing and Lead Time

- MOQ: from 100 pieces per size in common gauges. Minimums for special thicknesses or colors are quoted per order.

- Pricing: material + cutting time + nesting yield. A drawing gives the most accurate price; a size list gives a close estimate.

- Lead time: 7–15 days after order confirmation, depending on quantity and method.

Inspection and Packing

- Every piece is inspected individually for dimensions and surface before packing. An inspection report is provided with each shipment.

- Protective film on both sides of every piece.

- 10 pieces per PE-film pack, wrapped in kraft paper, on a plywood export pallet with corner protectors. Packs labeled by size.

FAQ

Can one order include several sizes or thicknesses?

Yes — each size is quoted and packed separately; the 100-piece minimum applies per size in common gauges.

Which cutting method will you use for my parts?

We select die cutting, laser or CNC by gauge, outline and quantity, and state the method on the quotation. You can specify a method if your application requires it.

Do the cut edges need finishing?

Parts are supplied as cut. Die-cut and laser-cut edges are clean and suitable for assembly; CNC-routed edges carry fine tool marks. PETG is not flame-polished, so specify any edge requirement at the quotation stage.

Is the protective film kept on the parts?

Yes, on both sides, through cutting and packing.

Can I get a sample piece before the bulk order?

Yes — sample pieces are cut from your drawing before production.

How do you keep dimensions consistent on repeat orders?

Your drawing and cutting program stay on file, and every piece is inspected before packing, so a repeat order is cut and checked against the same reference as the first.

Are drawings kept confidential?

Yes — drawings are used only for your order and are not shared.
